I know I've been gone for a really, REALLY long time, but I have my reasons for my absence! First off, Christmas.  I was super busy before, during, and after Christmas.  Shopping for presents for everybody was the biggest reason for my busy-ness.  Just when I THOUGHT I was done getting gifts for everybody - I was not.  One of my friends, who I figured wasn't going to give me anything for Christmas (because of financial issues) gives me a $10 Subway Card about two weeks before Christmas.  Although I appreciated the gesture, she really didn't have to.  My little heart wouldn't have been broken if she didn't give me anything, I would've underst

I just got finished listening to the 4th Lecture of Intro to Archaeology class at Berkeley.  :)  And the lectures are free!!!  XD  You can say that I've gone back to school... aaaannnnddd here's where the "sort of" part comes into play.  I'm not actually going to Berkeley and I'm not actually sitting in on these classes, I'm just listening to the MP3's of the lectures that are available online for free, all courtesy of this website: http://www.openculture.com/freeonlinecourses .  Over 300 FREE online courses from top schools (like, Berkeley, Harvard, MIT, ETC.) that I stumbled upon while surfing the web.  After this I'm going to try to study

WARNING:  THIS IS A RANT.  YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.  GOOD DAY. XD ANYWHO!  What's so wrong with Christmas?  I mean, REALLY?  It's simply a happy time for everyone.  Well, at least it SHOULD be anyways.  It's a CELEBRATION of the birth of Christ - OR a celebration of being with family & friends, OR all of the above and then some!  However you want to look at it - it's HAPPY.  Keyword: HAPPY.  (Another keyword here is OR, as in you have a CHOICE.)  Why would anyone WANT to ruin the happy?  Seriously.
